Lotus Temple - Delhi
Delhi - Delhi has a history that stretches back to 3000 years. Indraprastha, the seat
of the Pandavas in the early centuries of the era, was situated in Purana Quila and is
believed to be Delhi's earliest city.

Taj Mahal - Agra
Agra - A city popular of its Mughal monuments, Agra was in the 16th and 17th centuries,
one of the capitals of the Mughals. It was under Akbar that the city first aspired to its
heights of magnificence. Of the other Mughals, Shajahan whose name is inevitably connected
with Agra. He built the Jama Masjid and
most of the buildings inside the Agra Fort and the famous Taj Mahal.

Gwalior Fort
Gwalior - In Legend Gwalior's history goes back to 8 A.D. when its chieftain was cured by
a hermit saint, Gwalipa. In gratitude, he named the city after him. The Gwalior fort is
the city's most famous land mark and within it's walls contains several interesting
temples and ruined places. Its dramatic and colourful
history dates back over a 1000 years.Orchha - Set on a bend along the Betwa river, the
site of Orcha was chosen by the Bundela Chief, Raja Rudra Pratap for his capital. Orchha
contains three palaces each build by succeeding Maharajas.

Khujraho
Khujraho - The temples of Khujraho are one of India's major attractions. Once a great
Chandella capital, Khajuraho is now a quit village of just over 6000 people. The temples
are superb examples of Indo-Aryan architecture, but it's the decorations with which they
are so liberally embellished, that have made Khujraho famous. Varanasi - The eternal city,
is one of the most important
pilgrim sites in India and also a major tourist attraction. Situated on the banks of
sacred Ganges, Varanasi has been a centre of learning and civilization for over 2000
years.
